Sheriffs Kick-off Special Olympics of Virginia
The Norfolk State University Football Team recently joined Chesapeake Sheriff Jim O'Sullivan and Norfolk Sheriff Bob McCabe for the Spartan Kickoff 2016: a unique kickball event for Special Olympics of Virginia.
